2020 has been a year full of uncertainty. Covid-19 has impacted the norm for all of us. From school, church, and business closures, to our day to day social lives; many of us are anxious for the return of "normalcy".

Although it may be difficult, it's important to explore positive ways to cope through these difficult times. Yes, this is often easier said than done, but the truth is we must strive to protect our mental and physical well-being.

Recently I discovered an article which shared varied ways in which some therapist have recommended to help people get through tough times. One of the tips that stood out to me the most, was that one should prioritize self-care. I found this tip to be quite essential as once we focus on creating a healthy mental and physical state for ourselves, we gain the ability to pour positivity into the lives of others.

Furthermore, we all need to understand that we must incorporate God our savior into every aspect of our lives! How can you do this? Well, I am glad you asked, here are a few ways you can connect with God each day:

  • Read your bible (This is your armor and provides clarity)

  • Pray throughout the day

  • Read a devotional

  • Host/Join a virtual bible study

Spending time with GOD not only strengthens your soul but gives you the drive you need to overcome any obstacle in which you may encounter. Trusting God is the key to living a life full of abundance and grace!

" And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

- 2 Corinthians 3:18

I pray that God continues to transform our lives, strengthen our faith, and extend his grace to us. I challenge you all to dive deeper into the word of Christ, and experience a transformation like none other!

The time is now to elevate your faith!
